Last night the Freeland Falcons Middle School Wrestling team had their first matches of the year against Alma and Caro.  Stepping onto the mat for their 1st time ever were Brendan Williams, Zach Ventimiglia, and Trent Hulbert.  Nolan Van Loo, Trent Hulbert and Liam Miller secured wins for the Falcons against tough opponents.  Great job

Kolten Radaz Wins Regional, Graham Fitkin Qualifies

Congratulations to Freeland wrestlers Graham Fitkin and Kolten Radaz who qualified for the MHSAA State Finals. Kolten was the 135#  Regional Champion, Graham finished with a fourth place qualifying effort. Both wrestlers travel to the state finals on March 5th – March 7th at The Palace of Auburn Hills.
