Golfers Finish Regular Season in Second Place

Our golf team finished off a strong conference season in second place behind Shepherd.  The final jamboree was held in Chesaning, and Freeland scored a 193.  Jon Lelo led the team with a 46, followed by Nathan Miller who shot a 48.  Rounding out the scoring for the Falcons was Nick Hare with a 49

Golf Finishes in Second at Saginaw County Meet

Our varsity golfers finished in the runner up position yesterday at the Saginaw County Golf Tournament.  The team scored a 336, 10 strokes behind Heritage High School.  Jonathan Lelo led the team shooting a 78.  Nick Hare finished with a 84, followed by Derek Miner’s 85 and Spencer Crockett’s 89.  Nathan Miller finished the day

Boys Golf Wins The St. Louis Invitational

The boys golf team traveled to St. Louis on May 5th fjor the St. Louis Invitational, and they came home with the championship.  The team was led by Jonathan Lelo who recorded an 80, to finish third overall in the tournament.  Other golfers that competed for Freeland to help earn the championship were:  Connor Muscott

Golf Travels To OE Invite

Our boys varsity golf team traveled to The Emerald for a tournament hosted by Ovid Elsie.  The team finishes second in the Big School Division behind Mt. Boys Golf Moving Onto States

Freeland’s boys golf team qualified for its first state golf tournament in 13 years by finishing 3rd on Wednesday at Twin Brooks Golf Course in Chesaning.  The team shot a score of 327 finishing behind Lansing Catholic Central (306) and Tawas (322). Golf Finishes 4th at John Glenn Invite

Freeland traveled to the Bay Valley on May 20th to compete in the John Glenn Invitational.  The team finished in 4th place, while competing against 14 other schools.  Freeland finished with a score of 339.  The Falcons were paced by Ben Balen, as he shot a 75.  The 75 earned Ben a 4th place finish

TVC Divisional Champions
