9th Volleyball Wins

The Freeland Freshman Volleyball team has came out strong this week. On Monday night, they defeated Clare (24-26, 25-13, 15-5) and Meridian (25-13, 25-8). They also beat Carrollton last night 25-9, 25-9. They will be playing Saturday at the Tiger Freshman Tournament in Caro.

Freshman Volleyball Wins

he Freshman Volleyball team defeated Standish-Sterling Wednesday night in the Military appreciation game. The team started off strong and kept it up throughout the entire game winning both sets 25-9 and 25-10.

Varsity Volleyball Hosts Military Appreciation Night

Freeland came into the match against new TVC Central member, Standish-Sterling, thinking of things bigger then themselves. Tonight’s Military Appreciation event triggered emotions that went beyond themselves to push them go push harder than ever to show those that they were playing for that they too could over come adversity. Varsity Volleyball Defeats John Glenn

The varsity volleyball team traveled to Bay City John Glenn on 10-10-16.  The team came away with a four set win.  The team now has an overall record of 27-6-3.  Standish visits Freeland on 10-12-16 for military appreciation night, with the freshman game starting at 5:00 pm.

Varsity Volleyball At Caro

Today the Falcons went 1-1-2 on the day at the Caro Tigers Volleyball Tournament. They started the day with a split 25-22, 24-26 against USA. Freeland then defeated Harbor Beach 25-21, 25-9. The final match in pool play the Falcons split with St. Louis 22-25, 25-15 earning the number two seed going into the championship

Volleyball Falls To Swan Valley

Swan Valley defeated Freeland 3-0; 25-13, 25-11, 25-19. Swan Valley came out tonight with all barrels loaded and a game plan that set Freeland on their heels. Freshman Volleyball Falls to Swan Valley

The Freeland Freshman Volleyball team lost to Swan Valley Wednesday night. The team started off strong taking an early lead, but could not hold on and lost the first set 24-26 and lost the second set 15-25.

Freshman Volleyball Travels to Reese

The Freshman Volleyball team had an excellent start at the Reese Volleyball Tournament on Saturday. The team went undefeated in pool play beating the Lakers (26-24, 25-12), USA (25-14, 25-15), BCAS (25-15, 25-11) and Reese (25-20, 25-16). Unfortunately, they could not hold on the the winning streak losing to Reese in the semi-finals 21-25, 21-25.
