Soccer Wins District Championship

The Freeland Falcons won their semi final district game vs Shepherd by a score of 4-0. Ryan Svorinic scored two goals and Dylan Beeckman added a 3rd to lead 3-0 at halftime. The Falcons kept the ball moving the majority of the game and added a 4th with about 5 seconds left in the game

Alec Pilon has signed to continue his soccer career at Lawrence Tech University.  Alec will continue to work on his goal tending skills, and work his way to becoming an asset to the Blue Devils program.  While attending Lawrence Tech, Alec will study Mechanical Engineering and/or Robotics Engineering.

Svorinic Named 2nd Team All-State

Brandon Svorinic has been named to the 2016 Division 3 boys  All-State 2nd team, according to the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association.  Brandon helped lead the team to a Divisional Co-Championship this past season.  He lead the team with 26 goals, while also collecting 16 assists.
